Access for All Policy
The Hub welcomes all patrons and we will do its utmost to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. Please do mention your requirements when you contact us to book tickets, and don’t hesitate to ask if there is anything you need on arrival.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the College campus to accommodate our patrons. Please advise when booking your tickets if you require a disabled space reserved for you close to the Main Entrance.
There is a lift to the first floor Gallery seating area.
There are accessible and adapted toilets on the ground and first floor.
Sound enhancement systems are available in the theatre. The best quality of sound is through our infrared headsets which are available to borrow free from the Box Office.
Assistance Dogs are welcome in all areas of the building. Please notify the Box Office about any special requirements when booking.
There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available, please notify the Box Office when booking your tickets. Due to our licensing regulations we are unable to permit the transfer from wheelchairs to theatre seats. We provide a free ticket for a non-disabled companion, to give assistance if required, and our staff can bring refreshments to you in the interval – please ask a member of our Front of House staff.
Babes in arms
Babes in arms may be admitted free of charge to certain shows deemed suitable for family audiences on the understanding that they will be seated on a parent's or carer's lap. We would request that, for the benefit of the other members of the audience, they are taken out of the theatre if causing a disturbance.
